For whatever reason I had to open an admin cmd prompt and run it manually but once I did it worked like a charm. Your a blooming wonder…. I tried the first method and it did not work, now tried this and it works great.

This is my issue too. Please provide an update on what to do to be able to resolve the issue. Running the script in administrative mode is important. If this is missed, the MMC will not be installed. Please open command prompt as administrator and try to run the file from there.
